Service with Integrity

Welcome!

I was born and educated in Ireland before moving to the United States in 2005—first to The Hamptons, New York, and later to North Carolina, which I now proudly call home. I hold an undergraduate degree in Management & Economics and completed post-graduate studies in Enterprise & Technology. Soon after settling here I became a licensed real estate broker with Howard Hanna Allen Tate, combining my business background with a passion for real estate.

My husband is a residential builder with more than 30 years of experience building in both New York and North Carolina. That experience gives me a unique, inside perspective on new construction — from concept and design through each construction phase to delivery of the finished home. This insight is a powerful advantage for clients buying or selling new construction.

I serve buyers and sellers throughout Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Apex, and the greater Triangle area. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild member, I specialize in luxury properties and provide strategic marketing, staging guidance, and negotiation that helps clients get exceptional results.

As a member of the Howard Hanna Allen Tate Relocation Team, I bring expanded resources and a broad professional network to every transaction—helping clients move with confidence and connecting them to trusted vendors and partners throughout the region.
